Constantine I 1868-1923
King of Greece
Born in Athens, he was the son and successor (1913) of George I. As a military commander he was unsuccessful in the Turkish War (1897), but led the Greeks to victory in the Balkan War (1912-13). Brother-in-law to Kaiser Wilhelm II of Germany, he insisted on Greek neutrality in World War I, but was forced to retire in favour of his son Alexander by the rival government of Eleutherios Venizelos and the Allies (1917). In 1920 he was restored to the throne by plebiscite, but after a military revolt (1922), abdicated again in favour of his son George II.

A wildcard is a special character you can use to replace one or more characters in a word. There are two types of wildcard. The first is a question mark ?, which matches a single character. The second is an asterisk *, which matches zero or more characters. The two kinds of wildcard can be mixed in a single search.
